David Brimager

Director of Public Relations Certified Wildlife Biologist ® Texas Wildlife Association

David Brimager joined the Texas Wildlife Association (TWA), located in San Antonio, in 1999 as the Director of the Texas Big Game Awards. In 2007 he became Vice President of Hunting Heritage for TWA, then Marketing Director in 2010, and now is the Director of Public Relations. His roles include administering TWA’s annual convention, directing the Texas Big Game Awards program, which was created in 1991 as the Official Hunting Program of Texas, managing various statewide TWA events and director of advertising as well as a co-editor for TWA’s monthly publication, Texas Wildlife magazine.

He is an Official Measurer of the Boone and Crockett Club. He has also written numerous wildlife management and big game hunting articles for various publications. He holds a bachelor’s degree in wildlife and fisheries management from Texas Tech University, and is a Certified Wildlife Biologist® by The Wildlife Society. He continues to stay involved with wildlife management support across south, central, and west Texas.
